Production process
Raw material pretreatment: Select chicken breast meat, thaw and trim to remove fascia, and divide into large pieces.
Slicing and shaping: Send the meat chunks into a slicer, set the thickness (about 1.5-2cm), and cut them into uniform thick slices through a precise knife set of equipment to ensure a flat and uniform slice shape.
Marinate and enhance flavor: Put the chicken cutlet slices into a rolling machine, add marinade and vacuum roll to marinate.
Powder coating molding: sequentially coating with powder, egg mixture, and breadcrumbs to form the outer layer of snowflakes.
Quick frozen packaging: After quick freezing and shaping, it is packaged and sealed before being stored and refrigerated.
