Equipment Introduction
A pressure belt is added at the feed inlet of the belt-cutting machine. Compared with the original cutting machine, this new design enables both the disc knife group to perform a one-time cutting and the simulation of manual pressing for cutting. Ultimately, it achieves uniform cutting, reduces the rate of meat fragments, and is suitable for the slicing and processing of fresh or slightly frozen raw materials such as chicken, duck, pork, beef, and mutton.
