Characteristics of cutting technology for large meat cutting machines
The large-scale meat slicer is a modern equipment for meat processing, which integrates precision mechanical design and intelligent control in its cutting technology, and has the following significant characteristics:
1. High precision cutting system
Adopting imported alloy cutting tools and servo drive technology, achieving millimeter level cutting accuracy (error ≤ 1mm). 3. Modular hygiene design
The whole 304 stainless steel body complies with HACCP standards, with a critical contact surface Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m. The self-cleaning system for cutting tools (80 ℃ hot water+food grade lubrication) can complete sterilization treatment within 30 seconds. The quick release knife set supports replacement within 5 minutes, with a CIP cleaning coverage rate of 100%.
4. Power configuration
A 55kW permanent magnet synchronous motor, coupled with a planetary gearbox, delivers a stable torque output of 420N · m at 1500rpm. The hydraulic pressure stabilization system ensures that the pressure fluctuation during the cutting process is ≤ 0.2MPa, and with the help of a multi-stage buffer mechanism, it effectively reduces equipment vibration to below 0.5mm/s.
5. Data based production management
The built-in IoT module real-time collects cutting parameters (temperature, pressure, energy consumption, etc.) and interfaces with the MES system through OPC UA protocol. The historical data traceability function can store over 2000 hours of production records, providing data support for process optimization.
This technology system achieves full automation from raw material processing to finished product packaging, saving 40% energy compared to traditional equipment and increasing product qualification rate to 99.5%, significantly improving the production efficiency and quality stability of large meat processing enterprises.
